Chromatographic determination of narceine imide

Abstract: Geometric isomers of narceine imide were separated and determined by liquid chromatography on columns packed with sorbent with a reversed phase. The stability of Z-narceine imide in solution and in solid phase is discussed. Determination of Z- and E-narceine imides is compared with the results obtained by ¹H-n.m.r. spectrometry.
