Abstract:

The practical application of enzymes as a biocatalyst still faces serious challenges, namely inactivation and loss. Immobilized enzyme technology can significantly improve the recoverability, stability and environmental adaptability of enzymes. Magnetic nanocomposites are widely used in enzyme immobilization because of their magnetic properties and the composite properties of various nanomaterials. In this work, the research progress of magnetic nanocomposites as enzyme carriers is reviewed and the future development direction is prospected.
