Palladium/phosphoramidite-selenide-catalyzed enantioselective allylic amination

Abstract:

Herein, we report an enantioselective Pd-catalyzed allylic amination reaction using phosphoramidite-selenide ligands. A wide variety of N-nucleophiles are suitable in this reaction, furnishing corresponding allylic amination products in up to 93% yield and 90% ee.
